For nearly 90 years, Kfar HaNoar HaDati Kfar Hasidim has been a pioneer in educational excellence. Established with a mission to provide every young person with a supportive home that prepares them for a life of purpose, our village is at the forefront of immigrant absorption (Aliyah).

Academic Excellence: Students work toward full Bagrut (Matriculation) certification in small, personalized classes.

Hands-on Vocational Training: Students move from advanced workshops in welding and carpentry to helping at the dairy farm. This Torah Ve’Avodah balance helps students discover unique talents and develop lifelong practical skills.

The Hearts Behind the Village

Yehuda Rothner

Founder & Director of Kol Tzofayich

A "master educator" with over three decades of experience. Yehuda holds a Bachelor’s from Case Western Reserve University and a Master’s in Education from John Carroll University. After eight years at Yeshivat Har Etzion, he served as Principal of Fuchs Mizrachi Middle School (Cleveland) and spent 20 years as Director of Camp Stone. Yehuda focuses on an interdisciplinary curriculum that prepares students for a life of responsibility and leadership.

Adina Rothner

Founder & Administrator of Kol Tzofayich

The administrative architect behind the program’s growth. Originally from the Cleveland Jewish community, Adina manages the complex human and logistical daily operations. Her leadership ensures the program remains a supportive, family-like environment for students of all backgrounds.

Yossi Sharabi

High School Principal

A veteran educator and anchor of our faculty, Yossi brings extensive leadership experience from his years as an educational emissary in Australia and as Principal of Efrata (Jerusalem) and Aseh Chayil (Efrat). He masterfully balances high academic standards with the nurturing atmosphere of a youth village. Known for his "boots-on-the-ground" approach, he continues to teach in the classroom while leading the school toward excellence.

Rav Noam Krigman

Village Director (Menahel Kfar)

A highly respected leader and former Principal of Yeshivat AMIT Nachshon. Nationally recognized for his visionary approach to social cohesion, Rav Noam champions a truly holistic educational model. He fosters a nurturing environment where spiritual growth, academic excellence, and emotional well-being come together. By viewing every student as a complete individual, Rav Noam empowers the next generation to thrive and discover their unique path in life.
